If you are planning to visit an area for a few days, regional cards can offer substantial savings on top attractions. Here are a few we’ve found:
Your Ticket for Liverpool: this ticket, once purchased, entitles you to free entrance to the Beatles Museum, LFC Museum, Liverpool Cathedral, free bus travel & tour bus travel. A three day adult ticket costs £29.99, (children ticket £19.99).
Stay, play & explore ticket: grants you entry to three of the following five Leicestershire attractions: Twycross Zoo, National Space Centre, Conkers, Bosworth & Snibston. Tickets priced at £24 (adult), £12 (child) or £60 (family ticket ) and are valid until Dec 2010 so you can space out your trips.

Ever been to Magna Science Adventure Centre in Rotherham – it’s quite an amazing place to take the children and well worth a visit. This weekend sees the re-opening of the outdoor water park, which in good weather, will keep the kids entertained for many an hour.
