If you are planning to visit an area for a few days, regional cards can offer substantial savings on top attractions. Here are a few we’ve found:
Your Ticket for Liverpool: this ticket, once purchased, entitles you to free entrance to the Beatles Museum, LFC Museum, Liverpool Cathedral, free bus travel & tour bus travel. A three day adult ticket costs £29.99, (children ticket £19.99).
Stay, play & explore ticket: grants you entry to three of the following five Leicestershire attractions: Twycross Zoo, National Space Centre, Conkers, Bosworth & Snibston. Tickets priced at £24 (adult), £12 (child) or £60 (family ticket ) and are valid until Dec 2010 so you can space out your trips.
Thrill Hopper ticket: combines entrance to the top four staffordshire tourist destinations Alton Towers, Waterworld, Drayton Manor Theme Park and Tamworth Snowdome. The thrill hopper ticket is valid throughout the season. with a single ticket priced at £41.95 or a family ticket priced at £125.95.
Yorkshire Pass: once purchased, this offers free entry to over 70 attractions in the region including Eureka, Magna, Scarborough Sea Life Centre. 3 day passes start at £44 per adult, (reduced prices for children), which can afford you substantial savings you are are looking to pack a lot into your day!
