It’s just been released that Alton Tower‘s eagerly awaited new ride will be restricted to  16 to 55 year olds and limited to one ride per day.  Those that fall within this age band will then have to sign a waiver which assures the theme park of the rider’s physical & mental heath to undertake the ride!

The new ride, Thirteen,  is being built on the burial site of the original Alton Abbey where one of it’s main features will happen within the unearthed crypt!  Look out for this new experience at Alton Towers in March 2010.  Watch this space for further details!
