If you are planning out half term, then one to try maybe the National Space Centre in Leicestershire. They have some extra activities on for half term, (I fancy the astronaut training myself!) and lots of interactive exhibits to keep the children amused.
Not only this but all full paying ticket holders can upgrade free to an annual pass; just remember to ask when purchasing your ticket.
Alternatively purchase a ‘stay, play & explore‘ ticket that allows you entry to three of the following five Leicestershire visitor attractions: Twycross Zoo, National Space Centre, Conkers, Bosworth & Snibston.
With tickets priced at £24 (adult), £12 (child) or £60 (family ticket for 2 adults and 2 children), there are substantial savings to be had. Tickets are valid until Dec 2010 so you can space out your trips and get the most for your money!
More details available at www.stayplayexplore.co.uk and the National Space Centre.
